"I have been with State Farm for a very long time. The service and prices have always been good. I always dread when I need to make changes that require me to follow up or I have questions that make me feel like I should know the answers. Working with Logan gives me peace of mind. He’s funny, personable, informative and gets things done. He listens and helps me stay on track. He does the follow up to keep me updated, if it was up to me it would be delayed. If I have any questions, he answers them, I call to check on something that seems simple to check myself but I would struggle with it for days or weeks because I get so busy or I forget, and he takes care of the issues efficiently. He’s great. I wish other companies that I have to deal with had their own version of Logan but I’m still waiting. 🙂"
